Ingredients
- 1/4 cup apricots dried*
- 1/4 cup cup cranberries dried*
- 1/2 cup walnuts *
- 1/2 cup almond butter or peanut butter at room temperature
- 2 bananas mashed
- 1/3 cup mixes seeds
- 2 tablespoon hem seed
- 1 cup rolled oat not instant

Preheat oven to 180ºC (350ºF).

Line a baking square pan with parchment paper.

In a small saucepan heat almond butter and mashed banana. Stir gently until well combined, it takes about a couple of minutes or so. Set aside.

In a food processor, coarse chop the walnuts, apricots, and cranberries. Transfer to a bowl. Mix in seed and oats. Fold in the almond butter mixture. Press the batter into the prepared baking pan and then using the back of a measuring cup press the mixture into the pan until it is tightly packed.

Bake for 2530 minutes**. Let granola cool (around 30-45 minutes) before cutting into bars. Wrap each one on wax paper and store in the fridge (for up to one week) in an air container.
