Ingredients

  1. Preheat oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
  2. Line a baking square pan with parchment paper.
  3. In a small saucepan heat almond butter and mashed banana. Stir gently until well combined, it takes about a couple of minutes or so. Set aside.
  4. In a food processor, coarse chop the walnuts, apricots, and cranberries. Transfer to a bowl. Mix in seed and oats. Fold in the almond butter mixture. Press the batter into the prepared baking pan and then using the back of a measuring cup press the mixture into the pan until it is tightly packed.
  5. Bake for 25­30 minutes**. Let granola cool (around 30-45 minutes) before cutting into bars. Wrap each one on wax paper and store in the fridge (for up to one week) in an air container.

*You can make your granola bar with your favourite dried fruits and nuts.
